Join the new Tenant Voice programme

Tenant engagement is about you playing a role in how we plan and deliver services. We want to give you the opportunity to challenge our performance, shape our services and hold us to account. We recognise that good engagement leads to more customer-focused services, better use of our resources and increased customer satisfaction.

Over the last eight years, hundreds of you have got involved with us – through surveys, events and tenant groups. We now want to encourage more of you, from a range of different backgrounds and age groups, to get involved with us. And we want to adopt a more conversational approach, with communication that’s two-way and more targeted.

That’s why we’re launching a new tenant involvement programme called Tenant Voice – and we want you to join us.

We’ll be asking Tenant Voice members for ideas on how best to engage with people living in our communities. This might include snapshot surveys, door-to-door visits, focus groups, social media and local community groups and there’ll be opportunities to do some volunteering.

We’ll be launching Tenant Voice in the coming months and we’ll keep you posted.
